Thanks Richard for letting me know. I guess issuing MR is delayed as i noticed from others in this forum that they received exactly one month after PER. In our case its delayed, hope you will receive MR soon. Have a great weekend.

I am Oct. first week applicant. Nothing so far. I know there are couple of applicants around my time receive nothing.
Usually, second line appear right away after MR and RPRF, if it is not appeared by this week e-mail CIC on that. Note that third line take a long time to appear, for me it took almost a month.
By the way, my fifth and final line has appeared right after my landing. I guess, the immigration officer have the access to update it right away once someone finish the landing procedure. Ecas status is now turned to "Complete" from "In Progress".
I wish rest of u will see the same sequence very soon.

I'm planning to mail the requested documents (CV, PhD information, RPRF, Medical receipts ) this week to Ottawa. Given that all the information fields in the RPRF receipt are blank (except name), do I have to complete them by hand writing or can I leave them blank?

Hi Guys,
I have a question: How many officers in cpc-O will do review of the application before MR?
I just called cic agent, and she said, VO did initial review and sent application to another VO for the further review and verification of documents. Is it normal?
As I said, third line, i.e., "We have recv'd ur MR results" take bit long time since CIC medical team r different department and it takes a long time for them to update that to CIC. For me it took about a month to get the third line. Time counted from when ur doctor upload the results.

I personally recommend, please fill them up when u r sending through mail. But if u e-mail them then u can't fill them up in that case its fine. I myself send both, filled up the hard copy.

Man we better not to worry on these much, since we can't do anything on this. Its already a stressful journey so better to avoid thinking on which we don't have any control. And i believe CIC agent said right, at least GCMS reports also reflects that kind of sequence, so nothing to be worry at least on this .
