I am from Bangladesh and just got my IELTS result which is sufficient for applying for PR in CANADA. But i have some query if possible guys please help me by answering the below:
1. My highest degree in Bachelor. I need to know whether I need to send my highest degree certificate only for ECA or should I have to send my previous education certificates also like Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC)?
2. My spouse has Academic IELTS. will it help me to get adaptability point or should she need to sit for General ILETS?

As your Question about two matters. I am giving my answer as I did it previously through my lawyer
1) You should submit all education and also your spouse education doc.
2) If your wife is principal applicant then it’s not working
Let me clarify I am applying under FSW 2013 and I am the principal applicant. As per my understanding under this new law
1. I have to assess my educational certificate and there is no extra point on spouse education. So I think only my educational certificate assessment is required. But i am confused whether assessment (ECA) is required for all certificate i obtained or the height degree i obtain is sufficient.
2. Under the new law i will get another 5 point extra if my spouse have IELTS with minimum 4.5 band. My question is whether she should sit for AC or GT ?
Please help me if you have any idea/suggestion on that.
If you are doing your ECA through WES, you need not to submit any secondary degree papers. As per WES- " If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application."
Please see yourself at http://www.wes.org/ca/required/index.asp
And for claiming point for your wife language, she hv to sit for GT
About -1 : You have to send certificates of Bachelor degree only from your university in a closed envelop.
About -2: I am not sure about spouse IELTS.
Do urgently as CAP may have already filled up.
Thanks.

Could you please update me which documents/certificates you finally send for ECA?
I heard from one of the agency that sending Bachelor degree is enough for ECA .No need to send HSC(Higher Secondary Scool certificate) certificate for ECA.
