How to sent HSC certificate to CES, Colored photocopy? if yes do photocopies need to be attested? If yes by whom? Do I need to sent SSC certificate too? What about Bachelor Degree transcript?

I have got assessment from WES and i dont have any idea of CES. My understanding on above is, if you have any graduation certificate, you do not need to send SSC or HSC. You need to send only Bachelor certificate and transcript black and white photocopy attested from your educational institute (from registar office) along with a application form which will befilled up by the registrar. All these copy will be sealed into a envelop and signed by registrar on every fold, so that nobody can open that envelop without destroying it. Sealed envelop you can send via DHL or FedEx to the credential assessment organization by you. You can also pay the fee either by credit card or bank draft along with the sealed envelop. Also you may need a online application before sending the sealed envelop to that credential institute.
