Hi guys so I need help clarifying an issue ..
I applied in 2011 and was refused ..so I appealed And I win my appeal on 20 of June from the ida for family class permanent residence visa ..my file was transferred to Accra visa office ..got request on 31 August for update for background declaration ,rprf,schedule A , police certificate..submitted all this 19 September ..now on 22 of this month November I recieved via my lawyer re Medicals ..does this mean ppr soon ? Help

I checked the application status midnight on Tuesday, on the status changed from in progress to decision made. Medical completed and passed, other requested docs provided with 3 days of request, passport request received and passport sent and received

Does decision made status mean I am just waiting for ppt collection email?

I got my e-Apr on the 11th of November 2016, and till now my status has not changed, Not even medical passed.
I am Applying from Nigeria, PNP Ontario. Anyone with a similar case ? Does it take this long for Accra VISA Office to Process applications ?

Here is my timeline:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on January 8 2014.

2.We started processing your application on June 8, 2016.

3.Medical requested on June 8, 2016. Medical was completed on June 13, 2016

4.Medical results have been received.

5.PPR on November 3, 2016 with police clearance certificate and RP photo. PP, police clearance certificate and PR photo was received on November 9 in Accra.

6. Receive an email on November 14 that PR photo was not taken based on specification and requested another one before the file can be finalized.

7. Sent another photo on November 14th and was received on November 16th.

8. I sent an email with the proof of delivery of the photo with the name of the person that signed for the courier(dhl) on November 16th

9. Application Status changed from in process to Decision made on December 6

10. Waiting for PP collection letter.
