Guy's that used DHL. I've sent them the email from AVO and the authorization letter. Am I no t supposed to get a tracking number?
They didn't give me one. My wife dropped off the docs and they just told her she wld get em next week

Good day house, please I am in a serious dilemma, my PPR has arrived but my passport expires in July, so I will need a new one. I have actually applied for a new one but it is still under process and I do not know if it will meet up with this 15days response deadline. Please what can I do????? I could not apply for a new passport before now cos hubby was out of the country . I AV applied now but was told they are short of materials and cannot guarantee that I will get it in two weeks.... Please I need advise on wat to do

Perhaps you can contact AVO and ask for extension

Try to make some contacts at the immigration office close to you. You can easily renew your passport in 3 days if you have the right link!

I paid for express service but was told that there are no materials.... And hubby did not even ask the contact before making payments . After payments and capturing, we were told we can't get it even after two weeks

Please when is your medical expiring? This is an important determinant factor too.
