In filling ITA how did you handle national service? I won't be able to provide a reference letter for NSS. Were any of you able to get a reference for NSS/National Service. I'm debating whether to mention the period as unemployed or to add NSS and add a letter of explanation for it.

This is not peculiar to you Victor, a couple of fsw2014 applicants with similar timeline are also awaiting pick up... you do not need to send an email to AVO, just be patient and your pick up mail will arrive... hopefully not later than next week
Yes, you will need to send a copy of your certificate (by yourself) to them. You can still include the copy of transcript you have but this doesn't replace the one the school have to send.
