Thanks, I think it makes sense, cos i know someone else that HK requested for schedule 4. I am FSW not PNP so I am really confused what this minor processing will be from HK. Is it true schedule 4 request comes after eligibility is passed?
I don't know if schedule 4 generally comes after eligibility passed. But in my case it did.
My application was transferred to Accra from CIO the same day my eligibility was passed by the CPA in May 2020 and then schedule 4 was requested sometime in October/November 2020.

So most PNP applicants acknowledge submitting their NOMINATION CERTIFICATES along side their PR application. I did not. It was not mentioned on the required document upload list on profile post ITA, neither was there a document upload place holder created for it. Even schedule 4 form wasn't mentioned. So I stuck to the mentioned required documents.
I would later receive an ADR for schedule 4 form, however, nothing has been asked about any nomination certificate. Not even on my GCMS notes.
Now I'm wondering if that's why I have "Recommend Interview" on my ELIGIBILITY, despite being cleared as passed by the CIO in Ottawa before my file was moved to Accra.
Any PNP (via express entry) here who submitted there's alongside their PR application....? Was it required on your own list?

Like most people, i also received request for schedule 4. My eligibility was passed by the CPA in CIO before it was tranfered to Accra.
I don't think not submitting your nomination certificate is the reason for the recommend interview.

I have noticed in other threads that people in other visa offices - Ottawa, Sydney, HK, New Delhi - whose AoR is in late 2019 are getting updates on their application. Either remeds or PPR.
Seems like only Avo hasn't resumed working on outland EE. Or maybe Accra doesn't have late 2019 applicants.
