Please I tried ordering for my GCMS note through CIC path, and they sent me a message that It has been extended to 365 days to get reaponse. I don't know what to do. Please which is the best agency to order through. Is it Canada boarder Authority...etc.?

When did you apply for your GCMS notes?

I got mine yesterday. I applied on July 12. It took 16 days. I used getgcms.com

I am Feb 22nd AOR...I got RPRF May 27th and requested GCMS notes then, got it June 18th and my elegibility was on 'Review Required'. I immediately sent additional documents via web-form to clarify the reason for the elegibility review.
I noticed 'ghost update' in my account today (July 28th) and wonder what it could be... Any idea?

Agent probably verifying the documents you sent. You should probably raise a CSE at the end of next week asking the status of your eligibility. Good luck.

I just got my notes yesterday. In the ASSESSMENT on page 2, it says Eligibility passed.

But I guess it still has to be passed again finally by an Officer since Note 1 (which is the most recent) was by the case processing agent and not an Officer.

My AOR is 8 Feb, 2020.

I don't think anything has happened to my file since it got transferred to AVO. My eligibility was probably passed before it got transferred to AVO.

Is there a place in the notes we can check to know the date when the file got transferred to local visa office?

365 days for GCMS??... not possible!!..
If you are already in Canada or have a relative there, then GCMS can be ordered directly from IRCC. If you are outside Canada, try thegcmsonline.com ...... It now takes between 16 - 18 days to get the notes...

There is an error somewhere.its possible what was intended was 35days ,although it now take less than 3 weeks in the real sense.

I have found it. It was transferred to AVO on 13 May. Which is the same day I got RPRF request and the same day my eligibility was probably passed.

Criminality and Security not started though.

I got two generic responses from AVO. They were of no help.

If you received a 365 day extension it likely means you requested the supporting documents. IRCC is sending such emails if the overseas visa offices is closed or operating with reduced capacity. It has nothing to do with where you ordered your GCMS file from. In that message IRCC would have given you the option to request just the "electronic records"?

july 2019 AOR here....ACCRA LVO. over 8 months now no new update. ADR Request was made in september 2019. proof of funds highlighting my salary deposit .
