THERE IS A GOD! They are reopening my aplication after canceling it because of the wrong medical assesment!!!

Your application for permanent residence in Canada was received electronically by Citizenship
and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 08/03/2015. You applied to the FSW program.
A first review of your application indicated that it did not meet the requirements. CIC has
further re-examined your application and has determined that it does meet the requirements of a
complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations. Your application has been reopened. You will be notified in due course
as the review of your application continues.

Can I ask on what date your application was reopened ? My application was refused on 21st August and I did CSE the same day , no response till yet ???

I think it was reopened today. (My app was rejected on 24th. CSEs on 25th. Still no reply.)

So you mean to say it was GOD in the first place who decided that your application should be cancelled?

They hqve reopened mine too!!!! just today!!! But only one issue is they are asking to pay the processing fee and PR fee cause they refunded me in the meantime. And they are not clear about how to do it... I tried to call them but it's busy right now. Congrats Yelena

Thanks guys. Thing is I only have 7 days to repay my processing fees and there is no way to do it. I called CIC again and the lady told me to send a Case Specific Enquiry to solve this technical problem...

My application was reopened too last sunday, I didnt received email that it was reopen just update and when I log in to my CIC account , I found out cancelled to OPEN, and ECAS change to "in process" is this possible?
