I have added FD as POF issued by HDFC clearly stating my FDs, maturity date, amount, lien, and that i have complete right on the money and I can liquidate it anytime. Do we need to submit more documents like 6 month bank stmt if FD is my source of POF and not my bank account?

I am nor 100% sure on FD requirements. I would assume from logical point of view, no, but from safety point of view better to include.

We have a schengen visa rejection history. In 2017 we got rejection from French twice in the span of 3 - 7 days. We applied for schengen visa with French embassy which was refused. After may be 3 or 4 days later we tried again and was rejected for the same reason.

We have given an explanation in our application for the same. But we forgot to mention that we applied with french embassy twice in the span of 3 days. Instead mentioned that we got rejection from french embassy for so and so reason. Will this suffice or do I have to raise a webform to inform them that there have been 2 rejections from the french embassy?

I would say do inform. It is better to be safe than sorry, as per my experience.

*As we can see there is a strong decline in the last couple of weeks, this is due for less applicants in May-July period. I am not sure what are the reasons for it, but the trend is there.
