It means the agent who have reviewed your file have recommended to the Visa Officer that everything if good. Agents review your application first and lastly visa officers.

Hi All,

I received the portal email today.

I am CEC Inland + 2 Outland Dependents(Spouse + Kid).

I received two emails one for my spouse and one for myself.
I am planning to travel to India on Feb-20 and travel back around March last week, I believe my spouse and Kid should get a counterfoil land in Canada. Currently, they don't have Canada Visa. How I should proceed from here? Kindly help.
