Hey guys!

Last week I noticed my profile status on GCKey started showing the following message:

“We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

Latest update:
Final decision - January 6, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.”

This sentence “Final decision - January 6, 2023” was not there before.

Also, at the end of my details says:
“Final decision
January 6, 2023 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.”

Again this date wasn’t there before.

Does anyone else noticed this change?
Does that mean something?

That has given me some hope.

Hey mine Shows too, after I redid Medical exams..

I'd recommend that you stick to Jul 2023 AOR group. People there will have similar timeline to yours.

Just for the record: Tracker shows it was updated today (Aug 14 2023). However, nothing new whatsoever, not even on GCKey. Ghost Update, maybe?

OMG, you from hot hotter hottest Perth find it so easy in cold colder coldest Calgary? I'm still getting used to leaving the Aussie heat I enjoyed almost 10 years years in Melbourne to Toronto which is still not as cold as Calgary.

I grew up on the Gold Coast and Brisbane, but I did live in Perth for about 4 years, and worked up in the Pilbara. So I went from +45 degree summers to -40 degree winters haha.

Overall winter hasn't been too bad in my time here, however each year has had 1 or 2 weeks of brutally cold weather.

Wow sunny Brisbane, I would love to be there and visit the northern beaches e.g. Noosa every week. Gold coast, surfers Paradise sure are awesome but too crowded for my taste. I assume you love the XXXX beer and Bundaberg Rum, unlike me who was made to drink VB and Carlton Draught lol.
