You're going to hate it to hear quite a few Jan/Feb people have got their PPR already as well...
Lucky people
I don't know what Vancouver VO is doing.
Eligibility recommend passed since dec 5
Bg completed since 27 jan, nothing after that.
Etobicoke is the same... My BG completed on 27th Jan and eligibility has not started yet.

We sent you a message about your application
Read the message carefully and take appropriate action as necessary.
Even though the page says "Last Updated" was Mar 20...It seems like the message updates and status updates are not in sync. No GU in GCKey or anything in my email..

I received the same message update yesterday but apart from that message my Eligibility also changed from Not started to In progress. People are saying that these messages on the tracker are a glitch in the system. I don't think it's a glitch, it seems similar to GU.

Yeah maybe once the Tracker gets updated mine will change to In Progress? I guess we'll find out Monday.
Hi! I got my AOR on Nov 02, inland..and in the IRCC tracker portal, it is showing "completed" for medical, biometrics, and background check, but eligibility has not started yet. From what I've been reading in this forum, it seems that eligibility comes before the background check, or is it random?
I understand now it's random, but before pandemic the eligibility was before bgc

Just called IRCC and they said that they do not see any new message being sent for my application. Just my eligibility changed to In progress. So nobody knows the significance of this message we see on the tracker.

Is there a application history update in your tracker for when your eligibility changed from 'Not Started' to 'In Progress'?

I got this same message on the new IRCC tracker. No portal email. But, I checked my messages on the GC portal, and found the Annex A document, which asks applicant to send their passports and photos to Ottawa.
I hope you will get your PPR soon!! BEST.

I've read in a few places that Security / Background Check often starts early with PNP applications, and often before Eligibility. I'm only having a guess here, but I can't imagine IRCC having an issue with Eligibility if a Province has nominated someone as they have their own criteria they have to meet before issuing a nomination certificate. But again, that's only my guess.
But I've heard people from Nov have got their PPR
I have this feeling that they're discriminating between nationalities. Where are you from, if I may ask
I'm from Brazil, residing in the USA
