Yesterday IRCC held a big draw…7000people..so they should have the confidence to process current applications within 6 months right???

I hope, but nothing is sure with IRCC.
My assumption is this big draw is related to the new targeted draw system announced for spring: https://www.pathsimmigration.com/bl...ted-express-entry-draws-in-the-spring-of-2023. They are processing a significant number of potential high score profiles, and they're going to pause before the new system.
Let's see, if I'm right.

I agree! At least, it's faster than the previous year, and it's very positive sign that so many people have received the golden email. I hope we will have our PR this month or the next.

I noticed today in the new tracker that my Upfront Medical Exam details are now showing in the Document Status page. Before today, it was saying "Not available yet" even though they were changed to "Complete" on December 12....wonder if that means someone's actually looking at my file

Does that mean they're finally working on November applications as a whole? Did you get any emails regarding this "update"?

I also noticed this, at first there are only mine and my younger son's medical records, now my wife and my elder son's showed up, is this a massive update for all the applications?

Nah there was no emails or anything. I just noticed it appeared today. No updates in the GCKey either.

They also changed the layout of the tracker page it looks like. That's the only reason I noticed it was there.

I received a message today saying I should send my passport to Ottawa within 30 days

Yep looks like a bulk update for everyone. No one's special today - back to drinking beer and not holding my breath.
