I feel so too. Too many people I know received the PPRs on the same day as me. Remember, IRCC tries to make sure email delivery stays as high as SLA dictates. So, they'd batch the number of RFVs over a day too.

Surprisingly, my RFV was in "Updates" section of my mail. Which means IRCC's email deliverability is a little off.

The last update is "BG verification has been updated to In Progress" in tracker.

You might want to call IRCC if you are inside Canada, then ask them the primary office and the secondary office.

Even some Jan / Feb people are getting there's already. It is rather frustrating as there is no consistency at all.

According to IRCC last week, my eligibility still is not started, which makes no sense as people in Dec / Jan and even Feb are showing Eligibility completed before Security has even started. Everything else is complete. My file got transferred to Etobicoke last week as well, so i'm hoping for some news in the next few days.... but who knows.
