How do you know which visa office is taking care of your applications?

I do not know but mine are the same, and I think we have the similar AOR, so maybe it's normal

I think I am in the exact situation. GCC key portal says processing eligibility and background check but the tracker claims they are not started yet. Over 3 months after AOR and counting.

It's in my signature. In short. AOR on Nov 19th; MEP and BIL passed on Dec 2nd. Also a couple filing from the US (not US citizen or PR)

Do you know your visa office? We have the same COR and 11 days difference in AOR. My Primary VO is Edmonton and secondary vo is Montreal, these vo's are very slow. Tracker status is same as you.

Been creeping on this thread for awhile. Finally got a hold of IRCC today.

Biometrics: Nov 22nd 2022
Criminality: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
PVO: Ottawa
SVO: Sydney

Got my COPR email today. 3 months to the day since the completion of my biometrics.

Just for reference if people are waiting on changes in their tracker or application, I got
No ghost updates, no communication, up until yesterday the tracker said eligibility not started, today it says in progress and security not started. So definitely out of the blue. Hopefully the agents will be trying to get their quotas for Feb done and more are coming your way.

No I do not know my VOs yet. Do you know how to get the VO info without having to call IRCC? I couldn't get my calls answered and I am still waiting for my GCMS notes to arrive to indicate where my VOs are. I should have ordered the notes earlier but I waited until the end of Jan to order them.

I only knew my VO from the RFV. I hadn't called IRCC and my gcms notes haven't arrived.

I think GCMs notes and calling IRCC are the only 2 ways to know your vo before your application is approved. I also ordered gcms on 7 january still haven't received it. Some are waiting from December for their GCM's.

Great, They changed my VO from Edmonton to Etobicoke on Feb 17th and I got a GU that day

Did you called IRCC to confirm your VO change? I also called last friday and it's still same Primary Edmonton,Secondary Montreal for me with both Eligibility and Background check "Not Started". It's so slow. Wish we all get good news soon!

So basically most people who's got their AOR in November are "stuck" like this. I have 2 friends who have received their ITA one draw after me (September 28th). They rushed their processes, got their AOR in October and they have already received their PPR (both within a 90 day period). Today marks the 114th day since my AOR :/
