Yes, RFV comes from a 'do not reply' email address in both English and French that at the first glance looks like spam.
No change in the portal is normal.

I didn't see one. Once you respond and get the credentials, there is a deadline though. 7 days to confirm you're in Canada and submit your address/photo for the card.

I've got the same AOR - Meds, Criminality have both passed. Previous biometrics are on my file, but haven't been updated on my Application Page.

My PVO is Edmonton and SVO is Winnipeg. Do you know what yours are? Reading the forums, it appears Edmonton and Winnipeg are extremely slow.
