I claimed sibling points and my sibling arrived India on 4 Nov. 2022. Earlier she was planning to return to Canada mid January but now she is planning to stay longer for another 2 months.

I have submitted her driving license, bank statement and phone bill as a proof of residence.

Can this create any issue for processing of my application? Is it necessary for sibling to be present in Canada during application processing?

Yeah so am I. Though, I see by your signature that you're outland, whereas I'm inland. Maybe they're prioritizing outland applications to get more workforce into the country. My WP is valid until March 2024, so I have some time, but still would be nice to have an answer.

I haven't lived anywhere for more than 6 months; and country of residence's certificate is uploaded when all the supporting docs and medicals are uploaded, thus 28 Nov

they have resumed from last week and have also exceeded their yearly target of 2022.
i think from this week onwards things will speed up..
