Not yet, base on their practice, I think they need 2 or 3 days or even this week to set up the to do list and then start working on our applications.

Nope, still nothing. I'm not holding my breath for this week either haha.
 
I submitted a B-OWP Extension application today as my PNP Certificate was expiring in a few weeks, just so I could remember what it was like to get an email from IRCC.

Hopefully the PR comes first, which is best case scenario,
If OWP comes first, then I'll have 2 more years to sort out my life and wait for PR to be approved.
If both get rejected? Well lets not think about that lol

I got an update on my Tracker account today! *Drum Rolls* - My email address changed from all lower case to all UPPER case...lol

Is anyone else like that or just mine?

All lowercase for me, just as it has been for months.
