Send them an email to the email address mentioned in your "ready to Visa" mail. It takes them about 1-2 days to reply with new instructions. Theres no need to provide any proof, just tell them youre no longer in London.
I sent them an email on Wednesday morning India time but have not yet received new instruction. Their automatic reply states that they reply within 28 days if that is the case then my 30 days period to submit passport would be over. Their mail also reads if you mark email Urgent, they would reply in 24-48 hours. I did try sending them email with Urgent in subject today morning (IST) but it bounced saying their mailbox is full. I am a bit worried :-\ as just to wait or call/email them again.

Are you sure you sent to the address CPC-ottawa... ? I sent them email on Wednesday morning and got new instructions about a day later. You should try calling them then. Good luck!

I got my ppr email today but I have a trip planned on December 9 for which I will need my passport. Is it safe to send it now or is there any way I can ask CIC for extension or put up my case?

First of all Congratulations!!!!!
So i send my passport on Nov 9 and was received by CIC Ottawa on Nov 10 and yesterday they dispatched my passport, so it roughly takes a week and couple of days...
but to be honest we cant predict CIC processing... if the trip is very important and you can return within 30 days time frame cool, if not ask for extension explaining your circumstances!!!

Hello everyone. I just want to ask what will be the next step after we received back our passport? We are already here in Canada (CEC category).
I'm sorry I'm not sure which is the correct thread about this topic. Thank you in advance!
Please wait for two or three weeks after crossing the six months mark. then raise a CSE. it is recommended....... but you can also wait....its upto u.........

Guys, if our application crossed six month, does that make us entitled to send a CSE asking for the status ? is it recommended or shall we just wait ?
