Application/profile status: Open
Review of eligibility: Review in Progress
Review of medical results: Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started

Its been just couple of weeks but i m getting little furious!!!
What is the average time of Medical result to change to Pass. Please advice.

It's normal. It took me just under 3 weeks to clear the medical.

Hello Everyone,

Any Idea how long does it take to change the status medical pass ? I've seen people in their timelines within 2 - 3 weeks of AOR. It has been more than 3 weeks now from the time I receive AOR, but no status change at all. My timeline below..

ITA - 20th April
AOR - 27th May,

And after the status doesn't change at all, Do I need to contact CIC and see what's going on or just be patient and wait couple weeks more.

They have given the average timeline for 6 months, "Average" so it can be either less or more time to finalize your application. Its been just 20 days and you are panicking?? Relaxe Buddy, It will be done. Chill...!!

What is this Ghost email that everyone is talking about? Please explain...

ghost email is the one that you got from your email saying there is an update to your application and asking you to log in...and then when you logged in there was nothing or any update at all... that is ghost email..

I guess that indicates someone touched your file and made changes or added comment. .

From above I understand now medical checkup is compulsory before submitting PR application in CIC website. Because lot of time I have seen in this forum it is separately requested after submitting PR application. Please help me to clear my understanding.
