I completely understand your concern and to be honest it can happen to any category (PNP, CEC and FSW)... It is not clear what CIC is looking for but to my understanding there might be some delay in getting security clearance (its tough to predict the issue)...
I am not scaring you but one of my friend FSW inland got it in 9 months...
So my opinion is to stay positive and enjoy this period... do your part and leave it CIC, if there is nothing wrong in your app.. you will definitely get PPR

I did call them on 4th Nov they said all is clear and I should hear shortly. Just hoping things click soon.

Called ircc today they said they had send me a passsport request on November 2 which apparently went to my immigration consultant who is out of country now have to request for email change so they can send me request which is 5 business finally got it and waited having no clues what's going on

Isn't your consultant available on the email or does he/she not have backup with whom you can check about the PPR request?
