No idea whats going on with CIC its been 2 weeks now...
very few PPR today and no inlanders????
Most of 1st week AOR are about to finish 6 months
Frustrated to see no progress

Oh, my bad, there's the PPR email. So they took literally 6 months to process my case and give me a response. Interestingly enough, my CIC info still reads the same as before with "Review of Documents" as provided, "Background Check" as in progress.

I must say I am glad to no longer having to wait, but CIC kept their word of 6 months processing time quite literally so I must say they did their part. The waiting part is just a long frustrating process.

ya But ottawa is slow. They have already released PPr for most of PNP inland for May. so lets see what happens.

@GagamM and @LilyKath: Mostly I am relieved to no longer having to wait as I don't deal with waiting quite well. About the outcome itself, I was 90% sure that I would get it eventually, but seeing other folks get it sooner always makes you think about impossible situations.

The information on MyCIC is really bogus, even now my status hasn't been updated, so it's not a reflection of how far down the line your file went.

@mavrick: I received the email this morning, just didn't check it until it was lunch-time. Feel a bit stupid about it haha
