I keep telling myself that I will receive PPR soon but everyday passes by with disappointment. My 6 months is over in a week, I know I shouldnt be looking forward to anything yet but I kept my hope high and got disappointed... Last year it only took CEC applicants 3-4 months, now its even 6months, or longer... What is going on??

And mine 174 days still waiting! Although I got a mail from cic asking for my PNP certificate to upload as well as send it to South Africa high commission office, as I had applied my e-apr when I was in South Africa. Currently i have moved back to India.
I am not sure which location they will give me to send my passport for PPR!! I am really worried :-\

Yeah let's see, I should get my GCMS notes in early November, I'll see whether they're unhappy with something or just taking their time for the sake of it. My original thought was that being from France, having graduated from Canada, presently working here in Canada would help get a result more quickly but that's not the case.
I am worried because I am currently in India and if they ask me to send to South Africa, it will be a problem for me. I searched for options here to courier and all but everyone says they cant. Either I will have to go there myself or ask a friend for a favor who will be travelling to SA.

My AOR is May 4th, CEC Inland. Medical passed, they asked for travel date explanation in June which I provided. Couple of weeks ago I got a refusal letter and then half an hour after I get another letter saying the refusal was in error and that my eligibility has passed. I almost had a heart attack at first so I called CIC's call center they said that refusal was infact in error and my application is in process. My background went into in progress status on 23rd Sept and since then no update.
Even though they said my eligibility has passed in their letter, but my application still shows in process. MY 6 months expire by next Friday, fingers crossed hopefully we all see an update soon.
