I got my medical passed today..

ITA - Mar 23rd
Application submitted - May 18th
Medical passed - Jun 02nd

Now waiting for the next step

Great Vineeth, we are in same boat, I submitted on 18th and it shows Medical passed on today (June 2nd) Hopefully we get PR on same day. God willing.

People assume bg from not started to not needed as transfer of ur file to a local office, if it changes to not needed again in a few days then it imlies ur R10 is complete is what is assumed.
