Hello, Sir. Thank you for posting the link. I was looking up online and found this link earlier too. But it seems nowadays Case Specific Enqury is more of a right way to go? Are you very sure that using this link is still valid and many other applicants are still using this to change address now? Also do you think maybe any lease or other documents need to be attached? Because my new landlord do not provide any lease or contract. Thank you.

You don't need to provide any lease documents.
This link was sent today by a cic officer as a response on my question about changing the contact information. As I understand, via this link you might change your address directly, whereas IRCC Webform is more of requesting a change by an officer and it takes 10 business days.

However I still need help from you guys as Passport is requested to be submitted in London but I moved back to India 3 months back. I had submitted CSE for informing CIC but didn't receive any acknowledgement on same. Would the email informing them about this suffice or do I need to add any proof sort of thing? Could any of you please help with your kind suggestion?

Send them an email to the email address mentioned in your "ready to Visa" mail. It takes them about 1-2 days to reply with new instructions. Theres no need to provide any proof, just tell them youre no longer in London.
