no disadvantage or an advantage as such...London VO from what I have seen has been pretty fast for issuing PPRs and sometimes a little slow...but that could depend on the application as well (like, for example- lots of PCCs, countries visited, military service, etc which may require additional processing time)...but it is a little unpredictable when it comes to timelines....I don't mean unpredictable in a bad way...it could be fast or slow, unpredictable in that sense but processing times for London VO are generally good...an applicant got his PPR in 3 days from London VO from what I have seen...the first PPR in our april thread was from London VO as well
with Ottawa...you have a definite timeline...5-6 months...with lesser number of ITAs issued...the workload on Ottawa is also lesser...hence processing should be faster as well for you guys..
