What's the invite email all about that you have received from MVO? Is it something that you have subscribed online or it has something to do with your application?

It is an invitation to attend pre-arrival services funded by IRRC.

This is what CIIP Philippines has told me and to share,
"Receiving an invitation for pre-arrival services is a good sign.
At the very least, it means that the processing of your application is still ongoing and that it is making some progress."

There's no set timeline between RPRF & PPR. Some have received these together as well. It may take any time between 0 to 90 days for PPR post RPRF. Chances of rejection are bleak as R10 & A11.2 is usually met once you get RPRF. So, relax and wait for the golden mail.

I got a call from New Delhi VO yesterday and they confirmed my details (DOB, Education, Work ex, Address, IELTS details etc). I asked them the reason and was told that it was a verification call. All my docs are submitted and fees are paid. Any idea what this means?

I read from other posts that most outland applicants receives verification call. (I'll try to find the thread's link.) Some applicants mentioned that CIC has third party agency to conduct these verification calls. Also, I read that we should be cautious giving information over the phone cause there are fraudulent calls claiming they're from immigration VO office. However this call may indicate a good sign that your file is reaching its final stage. Good luck.
