Just go to your my cic accont and sign in then go to your application status and click in the final stage then let us know
what you will see

I think its a generic status.

I am NOV applicant.

Oh yeah but not everybody has same but i guess the people whose bg turned to in progress is showing that

It's for everybody, even if you just submitted your application and got AOR.
