Now, I would be curious to know if for other applicants they were asked to upload the language test proof at the time of the application submission, or later (like me)
I submitted my application on June 4 and later realised that I missed submitting IQAS (ECA) certificate.
I provided that via CSE.

Natalia - I believe no one has the language test proof as a prerequisite in the document check-list. But i have uploaded it with the educational certificates in the last page of PDF

On Jun 23 I realised it and sent CSE to notify CIC of the omission and evidence that I've applied for FBI PCC.
Although BGC change from ''Not started'' to ''Not needed at this time'', I'M STILL WORRIED.
Will I be penalised for not mentioning it in LOE even when my travel history clearly shows I have stayed in the US for six months+?

I had already uploaded one along with my educational certificates (single pdf) when I submitted my application but they asked for the replacement, not sure why?
Today all the other requirements show- "in progress/review in progress" including Medical & BG.

My medical status just changed to "Passed" without any email notification. I wonder if this is the case for everyone, but I suggest checking the status page frequently.
Review of Submitted documents also changed to "no additional documents needed at this time". I included a LOE indicating that my FBI PCC will be delayed. Does this mean that they haven't looked at my documents yet?
