Hey, did your BG go in progress for the second time? if so, when was that?

It was after I submitted FBI pcc.
Since then it is In Progress all the time.

Rrmr, this is excellent news for you - it means everything on your file is complete and now pending security (which is the final stage.) take a look under activities and tell us what the most recent ones say... they should be security ststus changes, but the status will be blanked out, I believe.

These sections basically deals with checking if applicant if associated with any criminal activities or any organized crime.

Security (A34)
Human international rights violations (A35) or,
Organised criminality (A37)

I believe your application is going good

The fact that you got RPRF means your eligibility was cleared..all looks good..now in regards to your question i think you should upload it...better safe than sorry

Are you sure the eligibility is tied to RPRF request ? My lawyer doesn't give the periodic updates :-[. They keep saying there is no update in the status yet.

See, the OP has most likely ottawa as VO as he/she is cec inland..ottawa will send rprf when eligibility is passed..thats for sure..rprf is also tied to vo..

New to the Forum and looking to vent frustration while waiting. Here's my details below:

NOC: 7321 CRS: 503
Express Entry ITA: 18/5/16
EE CEC Inland eApplication Submitted: 8/7/16
Acknowledgement of Receipt: 8/7/16
Medicals (Upfront): Passed 28/7/16
Background Check: 19/8/16 In progress and then returned to "Not needed at this time" shortly after that.

Requested GCMS Notes: 4th November

So currently my profile looks like this:

Application/profile status: Open
Review of eligibility: Review in Progress
Review of medical results: Passed
Review of submitted documents: No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time
A background check is needed: Not needed at this time
Final decision: Not Started

Hope this helps anyone out and looking forward to keeping updated with you all!

Difficult to actually predict..however, you are seeing some very fast processing my friend..all the assessments are done and officer has put his notes too..just a matter of time buddy

The page 1 of your notes will show vo..if you can share that, we can help predict a reasonable ETA...(need the primary vo)

Also what is your timeline/aor/category? I wanted to know the status of your bg check specifically..

Completed 4 months yesterday........Only medical passed till now. BG check still in "Not started" state.
