July AOR group is not very active because honestly, not that many people have July AOR's. If you recall, CRS scores for the months of june and july were extremely high, and the number of invitations was pretty low (around 700-750.)

I would think many(if not most) of us will be in that situation.
Regarding change in BG check status, it lot depend on the visa office. For example, for the ones whose visa office is New Delhi (NDVO), the BG check doesn't go to 'In Progress' before a day or two before they get the PPR

I have one question. I want to know the timeline for ppr.
I am CEC inland applicant and go my OINP nomination too. So How long will it take for CEC-PNP approvaed applicant to get PPR? what will be an approximate time duration? I heard that those who got nomination and those who are CEC inland applicants get PPR quickly than others.

Hi, since you are a Provincial nominee candidate and you are in Canada, your category is PNP-Inland. Few other categories for your knowledge, are PNP-Outland, FSW-Inland, FSW-Outland. FSW here means Foreign Skilled Workers who got direct ITA without PNP or LMIA.
Now, regarding the timelines it is highly unpredictable. However, typically it rains PPR for folks around 5.5 to 6.5 months after their AoR date !!! What I would suggest you to do, is to watch the PNP-Inland applicants in the June AoR thread and you can count 20/30 days afer it rains for them
Also, link to a message that helps to understand IRCC's process a little bit is given below:

APRIL 20: 1018 INVITES
MAY 6: 799 INVITES
MAY 18: 763 INVITES
JUNE 1: 762 INVITES (THIS IS THE DATE I GOT INVITED.)
JUNE 15: 752 INVITES
JUNE 29: 773 INVITES
JULY 13: 747 INVITES
JULY 27: 755 INVITES
So, I'm sure you can see the downward trend of CIC. Only recently (past 2-3 draws) did they go back to inviting 1500+ applicants per draw. This, although bad for most people, is very good for us, who applied in this period, because it guarantees that our files get the undivided attention of visas offices around the world, which will most likely translate to faster PPR's for our group. This also has the effect of making the July AOR group seem lonely, as there is so little of us
In any event.. Good luck to all. Please share with us any updates you have on your applications!
