Thanks it's still moving.
Guys,
I got RPRF request this morning. When I log into MYCIC, I see provision to upload RPRF document, but none to make the payment. Would experienced people be willing to walk me through, pls?
BTW, I called CIC and the agent advised me to pay from CIC website, choosing the option of RPRF non express entry because the express entry option did not work. Considering that my application is through express entry, I am reluctant to follow this route so I decided to wait to hear from you my brothers and sisters.
Kindly help.
Thanks!

Thank you for the response. One more question please, did you select RPRF non express entry option?

Don't remember exactly since I paid in October. But I do remember I selected only the "Right Of Permanent Residence Fee" option that is right below the options of "Application fees for permanent residence in Canada".
Hope it helps!

I found the RPRF request and here are the instructions:
...We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:
Go to our Online Payment webpage
Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed
Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”
Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490
Click “Submit”
Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with Visa, American Express or Mastercard.
Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must upload a copy of your receipt to your MyCIC account.
The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.
