At what stage does an application get transferred to the LVO? Does it even get transferred at all? Is the LVO involved at all in the process of Express Entry (other than stamping your visa once approved)? I am FSW outland, AOR on the 29th of September. My application has been dead quiet since medicals passed a few days after AOR. I haven't had any updates/ghots emails since then. Almost 5 months now! What are the chances of me being rejected? Any ideas?

I think it's only when your app is RFV and they just need your passport for stamping. Although even that is not the case for some outlands since they get a PPR directly from CPC Ottawa

Alomost two weeks since BG check went in process. Never seen that happening for Outlanders. Maybe its because i have lived in 3 countries? Pakistan, England and Denmark? Worried.. Any thoughts?

We've definitely seen a couple of cases like that. Majority of Sep FSW outlanders are stuck so nothing to worry about just yet. I'm Sep 15 AOR and my BG check hasn't even started and my GCMS notes show last movement on Sept 23rd.

Exactly. I have Sept 11, AOR. BG Check in IP 3 Weeks before and nothing since.
