I didn't call them.
But, nothing to worry, I believe.
I got messages in Sep.&Oct. for the request to submit Sch.4/4A consent forms, via. email only.
Now, if we are getting the ghost emails means, they are working on our file ( 8) 8)).
Our Sep. PNP rocket is going to rock now.
we will wait & see.

I know but asking you to fo that because i heard so many cases where you are getting updates through mycic and for ppr they they use email id from our old filles.. so its safe to confirm.

Hmm.
In most of cases, they won't give proper answer when you call before 6-months.
Even personally I faced this many times and no response we will get; they won't transfer your call to concern representative.

Nope.
You can send as many as requests you need. It is not advised to send repeated requests for the same matter.
Usually PNP is slow and on-express entry it's taking only 6-months.
They will send PPR request soon. Please read the previous messages in this thread.

Thanks for asking. Yes, I did call them this morning and they confirmed that they have my email id as primary contact but the agent didn't talk about PPR. so he asked me to wait until mid march. Don't know whats going on. I am not sure if they sent PPR to my attorney's email(which bounces back) who worked on my initial work permit. I have attorney's email id in my GCMS note but I have been getting updates to my email address. Not sure if the PPR email triggers to GCMS email :'( :'( :'(
