Generally in your GCMS notes the officer comments/makes notes that you have met criterias like admissibility, education, medical, funds, etc.

You can select 'Express Entry' option. As there is no option such as, inland PR- FSW class.

Is there any significant benefit of ordering GCMS notes?

Could there possibly be anything in it, that you can possibly influence by sending a CSE?
or is it purely for you to know what stage your application is in?

If you are PNP or have a valid job offer (doesn't seem so as per spreadsheet), funds should not matter. How much funds did you have? As per CIC you are supposed to have $15,143 for two applicants.
