My R10 was under review in October
How to check eligibility ? and if that's met or passed what does this mean

R10 OK, but eligibility: not started!
I am worried about the fact that it says that I do not meet the required minimum funds!
It repeatedly says that I met CEC but not FSW! but I got invitation for FSW! What dose this mean? Anyone with the same experience?

Generally in your GCMS notes the officer comments/makes notes that you have met criterias like admissibility, education, medical, funds, etc.
What does CRS-Certificate Flag means? What about MST-certificate flag?
Another silent day, no updates. :'(
Do you know what should I select in CSE for "Type of application"?

You can select 'Express Entry' option. As there is no option such as, inland PR- FSW class.
This is getting very frustrating. No movement since RPRF on Oct 21. Never had access to mycic for over 50 days. Got it back a few days back.! Do they get paid to process applications? Or that's just a part time job these guys do with CIC?
Aor 21st sep.
BG chk ns.
Has anyone applied with single PCC or multiple Pcc

I have a question.
Is there any significant benefit of ordering GCMS notes?
Could there possibly be anything in it, that you can possibly influence by sending a CSE?
or is it purely for you to know what stage your application is in?

If you are PNP or have a valid job offer (doesn't seem so as per spreadsheet), funds should not matter. How much funds did you have? As per CIC you are supposed to have $15,143 for two applicants.
