Status as on 9 December, 2015
Application/profile status: Open
Review of eligibility: Review in Progress
Review of medical results: Passed
Review of submitted documents: No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time
A background check is needed: Not Started
A final decision has been reached: Not Started
No updates for a long time, even the ecas cannot be accessed now. Is there something wrong with my case, or cic website?

Its not just yours I have a similar timeline. ECAS has been down for a long time and seems as useful as a poke in the eye! From what I have been following on here, your timeline is common so I wouldnt worry most seem to be in the same boat. There seems to be a consensus that becuase we still have our applications open that it is a good sign as opposed to rejection. Are you FSW outland?

Same for me, paid my RPRF request on 22nd October and since then there has been no revert. Infact i have lost acess to ECAS and since yesterday MYCIC is also not getting logged. Cannot go any more worse than this ...
