Can you tell us how long it took between the date you send them the passport until you get it back?

it took total 23 days, sent it to Ottawa on 28th Oct and received it back on Nov 19.

same here 2 lines for me too...there are lot of people who have same scenario...so don't worry....they will update it sooner or later...at least ECAs are working now...

Background has just changed to in progress. But ECAS magically shows only 2 lines. Was 6 lines previously. LOL.
