Yes, I know it's rare, which is so weird. You are an outland applicant as far as I know, right? You don't even need that letter, while ppl like me with expiring WPs do. =((

That's exactly what I am trying to do now, but they are saying that they do not reply for requests from applicants whose applications were submitted less than 8 weeks ago. Thankfully, I'm almost there. And still hoping for the best.

Well I am still waiting for PPR, and the guy from October who got PPR said he already had a regular CEC application since September 2014.

Yep - I got it on Friday 23rd October, BG never went to In Progress before - it was changed after PPR message... I am FSW Outland
