BG check is not started. But look at the sentence dor BG check. It says BG check is needed? Maybe you are from a country that doesn't need BG Check for them.
Overall there have been people getting PR in 30 days. Maybe you are one of those lucky ones! ;D
Hey guys, I have just paid RPRF Receipt using a friend’s credit card. The receipt showed my friends name, and blank areas (client date of birth, client ID, address, postal code, area code, and telephone number).
Should I fill the blank areas with my friend’s details or my own information? Or I don’t have to fill anything and upload the receipt to myCIC right away?

Do you have to upload a receipt? Are you sure?!
Is there somewhere that says you need to upload your receipt????
I paid at the beginning, but there was nowhere for me to upload the receipt!

Well, you must be paying upfront for both the processing and RPRF. If you pay RPRF separately, then the official receipt has to be uploaded just like any other supporting documents..

How does one get access to ECAS? My status shows Medicals: Passed and Eligibility Review: In Progress
Trying to access the ECAS with my application number but getting this message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."
There are two reasons for that message, one of them as shibaak mentioned you might not be using the right identification type, or you haven't received your ECAS access, When they start working on your file you will get a ECAS access so that you can keep track of the progress of your application.
