I dont think it is superfast There are many applicants who got their medicals passed in a day after AOR. Hope we all get our PR soon

I said fast because of the background check.
I am not very familiar. but mine took almost 10 days to pass medicals, (my husband and I both did in late July) and haven't started the BG check..

It is super fast look at me after AOR on 10th September nothing till today :'(

i am taking 15 business days in account and according to that 15 business days are not completed yet .. still no updates, just trying to diffuse the frustration no updates since 12th Sept !! its tuesday as what CIC says they update the ECAS on tuesday ..duh..

yaa ur right its frustrating but considering max six months we have lot of time. I think only thing worry us is why our status is not getting updated wherein others are getting updated. even many applicants got docs request as well. In my case i dont have access to MYCIC (AGENT) so may be on ECAS we get delayed updates (just hoping)


lets consider it as no news is good news (no other choice) and lets hope whenever we get updates, we get our status updated to 2-3 stages e.g ELIGIBILITY PASSED, MED PASSED,BGD PASSED ;D

Guys, my application got some movement. I can see 'Medicals Passed' today, interestingly I didn't receive any ghost mails, I was checking the account as it has become my routine activity everyday morning.

I know they say the whole application takes a maximum of 6 months. But what is the average? do you know? especially after ECAS shows in progress.
