This might be a silly question..however can someone help me understand how we can know to which VO our application was submitted?
I dont see it anywhr in the mails or on my application.

I don't think there is a mechanism for that till you get PPR. In PPR request they will mention the visa office which you need to send the passport. I think that VO will be same as processing office. I might be wrong

Oh yes my decision made changed last night at 1 am Alberta time and my background changed into progress at 2am Alberta time.. I have seen lots of people last Friday night or when ever the last big update was getting them between 10pm and 2am Alberta so of course.. I think it's all system generated so they have them set at say at a certain time and it sends it out

I got my 'Decision Made'! On ECAS! Olleh!
I just saw it.(it wasn't DM when I checked it before 3 hours ago.) It's midnight at BC time now probably they checked it between 9 to 12am
