Ghost email today at 11:50 AM but no updates on myCIC, ECAS 4 lines, hoping to hear something soon

Are they slow with inland FSW applications.We recieved Aor on 3rd September and ECAS shows medicals have been recieved and in progress.Congratulations to those who got DM.

There is the good and the bad side of everything...
Before people had to wait a looot more time to get their PR, but at least they send the papers and knew that they have to wait a years with no updates in between, so you try to not to think about..
Now it's a lot faster, but you get too anxious waiting for updates. Like, I know that for the FSW Inland they finished a lot of PPR for June Applicants this week and started looking into July Applicants, so I know it's going to take a while until I get my next update, but I continue looking other type of applicants from September getting DM or PPR and I get hopes, so every time I get a new email I have a little hard attack, then I look and it's some random email about Shoppers points =P
Even with all the mini hard attacks, a girl can dream

May I ask what a hard attack is ? Would it be an issue on our immigration medical ?

If after all those mini heart attacks, I'm still alive, then my medicals exams should be good! hehe

I Just saw 'Updated' sign on My CIC account, but nothing changed my application detail or ECAS or e-mail(about update) at all.

It is actually a good sign.
depending on your category it means they are working on your application, they are opening your application and you may have decision made very soon.

Oh! really?! thanks for letting me know! hopefully it was good sign for my case like your advice.
My Category is EE CEC
But I think my case is take some longer time than others ;( Few days ago(Oct 23rd), finally got 1st move on medical passed and BG in progress both after 50 days lol from when i submitted application on Sep 3rd. yay!
