If that's the case then looks like you are the first pure Fsw to see some movement I think? (In sept batch)

London Ontario or London England? If you are in England so you are an outland FSW and not pure (inland) FSW.

Never heard of any rejections after RPRF; so should be rare. If u have not paid that upfront then a RPRF request should mean that u have cleared the eligibility and background check.

I have a question for all people to get DM or PPR, everybody will be asked to send CELPIP/IELTS ? Or is not mandatory and the application can move without this request...

I did't ...just because they don't ask for....I just fill the form with registration number and pin... so that means the next step is to send when they will ask...

IMHO,they will request it only when They can't access it from British Council using the certificate number provided.
