Just got the Ready for Visa email! :D
The long wait is over. Thanks to this group for helping me maintain my sanity.
 
I am unable to connect to CIC customer service. Have been trying for so long - I remember somebody posted an email id on which I could drop a mail to get some details on the application. I tried looking out for that email but couldn't; if anybody has that information handy, can you please share that.

Hi U can call CIC help line at 1.888.242.2100. If they say they cant transfer to an agent keep trying u ll get through
