I've noticed that for some September AOR, medical and background check are in process at the same time. For previous months, medical was passed before background check began for most people. Does this mean that September applications are being processed faster?
For inland applicants BG check is set 'in progress' usually at the same moment when medicals become 'passed'. It doesn't really mean, that it has actually started.
Submitted our application for Cec sept25, received AOR oct01 that our application was received sept26. No access to ecas still. Do we use the application no or uci when checking ecas?

Wow its taking quite long to get updates these days and even access to ECAS. But ECAS seems nothing i got access on 25th September with 3 lines (AOR on 10th SEP) and nothing till today after that. If u have access to MYCIC keep tracking on that.

Thanks for your response. Now I understand that this applies to inland applicants. However, what I mean is that BG is set to "in progress" simultaneously with medicals set to "in progress" which is before medical is "passed". So does this also mean it has not started? Thanks again!!
according to my ecas, it started processing sept 30. submitted and aor sept 17. i wonder why it took that long. medicals were done sept 1st and I was informed that it was submitted to cic sept 8..
I'm just curious how you guys found out that you've got the access to ECAS. I never got any notification from CIC, but when I tried to log in with my application number, it worked!
