Well this is strange.. my medicals went for passed to review in progress couple of mins ago..
Worried what are they reviewing now?? :-[ :-[

This is strange. wait for 2-3 days, then call CIC. I have seen it happening to some other applicants too, don't know outcome of that..

Guys, as the people outside Canada are not able to reach cic via this number, can we ask any of our friend in Canada to call at this number to check for the status my PR application? Can cic share the information update on my application with my friend?

I don't think they'll give your information to anybody besides yourself. There was a case where they refused to give any information to the applicant himself because he wasn't able to prove to them he was indeed himself)
This number should work from outside Canada, the one not working is the direct IRCC number (+1888...). Did it not work for you?

I had a similar case and had to do medical re-assessment

I had the similar experience, but the status changed to 'Passed' in a week

Medical re-assessment.. Thts adding 2 more weeks.. Or may be more

Ohh...Yes. I could connect to CIC at this number.
But it did not help. The lady said, she can not give any update till the time the application has not crossed 6 months mark for the express entry category and asked me to check the status of the application online.

Yup same answer for me.. Called just now.
I am so worried. So much time has passed after BG went in Progress.
