Congratulations to the new PPR recipients

Hi Guys,

I am September 9 AOR FSW inland and last Wednesday when I was expecting the PPR I got a email there is an update in my account and I found out they asked for me source of fund on my account and a day after which is Thursday the requested schedule A, student form and military form plus my resume. This all happened after 5 months waiting which is very odd to me. Has anyone experienced the same thing?

You seem to be an Outland candidate - I'm just wondering why they asked you for the bank records. Did you show any large transactions for POF? I'm asking since that might be relevant to my case as well.

Hi! I only uploaded a single page of bank certificate showing my latest balance which is slightly higher than the POF required amount.

Last Feb 1, they requested monthly records for the past 1-year.

****! Now in CIC it says Your Action Is Required. But there is no e-mail or anything in the CIC portal. What is going on...

Are you a single applicant? Because CIC might send a request for document to your spouse/partner's email. That's what happened to me. I am the primer applicant, but when CIC requested Schedule A from my husband, they sent an email directly to him.

Just wait, I hope it will get a bit more clear for you.

Did you provide pay-slips earlier and your salary increment letters/salary on reference letter? It might be for proving your payslips...

Ah okay. Thanks for the update. I had uploaded the detailed statements endorsed by bank officials for the pas six months at the time of filing my application - will wait to see what happens next. BTW, I had ordered by GCMS notes in mid-Jan, should be getting them anytime now, will then get a better idea.

Yup I've provided payslips together with my work certificates, but only the recent ones.

CIC just maybe wanted to ensure that the present balance wasn't just deposited overnight but have stayed in the account for a certain time, in my case - I was required a 1-year record, others are just 6-months while others are just 3-months. Probably depends on the officer checking and the stats of the applicant such as home country, etc.

any idea how long it generally takes to get our passports back after stamping?
