I also have a question regarding PC. I got my ink fingerprints in Canada and sent them to Iran. A family member got the PC using the fingerprints and sent it back to me. I translated it and submitted the original as well as translated one. I didn't include the fingerprints though. It should be fine, right?

Yeap! They don't need the fingerprints.

Next time you go to Iran, apply for a PCC in Tehran where they scan your fingerprints. after that anyone who has a vekalatname from you can take a copy of that PCC to Enghelab Square - Dadsara and they will issue you an updated PCC in 5 minutes. I got mine in exactly 5 minutes and 15,000 tomans. much easier.

Yes, they are pretty quick, thank God! ;D They already had my fingerprints on their system as I had applied for PC twice!! Never used them though! I actually wasted $45 for getting ink fingerprints in Canada!
