I sent my electronic application last September 15, and received AOR the same day.
I also received Medical Passed status last September 16. How long should I wait before they request for Schedule 4?

I have been reading a lot of posts by people who submitted their applications in June, July and August 2016. Most of the applicants hear back about their medical after 10-12 days of AOR

So, just curious, if all goes well, they request you passport at the end of the process. If you are already in Canada, how does it work. Do you have to go to a border and 'land' again to become PR?

As far as i know yes, you need to cross the border. There are a few topics on it.

Did you claim points for your wife English?

If not then Spouse IELTS is optional.

You need in case you are claming dependent points 5 marks language ability for eligibilty otherwise if your numbers are more then 67 then no requirment
